The First Episcopal District is excited to welcome our newly assigned Bishop and Episcopal Supervisor: Bishop Samuel L. Green, Sr and Supervisor Phyllis Green. A Service of Welcome and Celebration is planned for Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. We will gather at Mt. Zion AME Church, New Brunswick, NJ, for what promises to be an awesome event. This will be an opportunity to welcome Bishop Green and to celebrate his birthday, which was August 31st. First District family and friends, we would like to see a good representation of youth, young adults, clergy, and laity.
