For several years now, it has become our custom to offer a Service of Remembering at Eastwell Church on a Sunday leading up to Christmas. This year, it is being held on Sunday 14th December at 10:30am.We plan the service at this time of year to acknowledge that when you have lost a loved one, Christmas can be a difficult time. This hour-long service provides an opportunity to remember those who will not be around the table this Christmas, to reflect and to pray and to find reassurance in God’s love and mercy. You will be able to light a candle for anyone who you especially wish to remember at this time.
The service is open to everyone and anyone (we have lots of candles!) Please do invite anyone who you believe would like to come.
It may be that you are unable to come along to the Eastwell Service. If you would still like to be included in our remembrance and prayers, please do get in touch with Marie Hough our Multi-Parish Administrator on 01664 793 439 or email [email protected] - leaving your name and the name of your loved one, and we will pray for you at this service. It would also be most helpful if you could let Marie know that you are planning to attend the service in person.
