Nick Vlad will present the information he has gathered in three years while looking into relocating to South America. There are safe cities that offer a modern lifestyle, low crime rates and a moderate cost of living. There is a country that uses the US dollar. The highest income requirement is $2,000 with many countries requiring much less. He will also recount his and his partner's experiences relocating to Cuenca, Ecuador, home of 10,000+ expats.
