Serenity Sounds

Welcome to Serenity Sounds! We are Emi and Hanna, two compassionate and empathic sound therapy facilitators. We would like to introduce you to our workshop, which is a unique kind of session where the participants get to explore the power of sound, both through own voices and the surrounding soundscapes, created by the use of simple instruments such as Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and a gong. It offers an in depth delving into the body and mind, entering the layers of subconscious in a safe environment, for the benefit of your health and well-being. We create space full of loving and caring atmosphere, in a cosy venue of St. Giles church hall, where we will be hidden from the world so you can truly let go, and let the healing take place. We look forward to create magic with you.
