Happy, healthy and prosperous new year! If you haven’t heard, 2026 is the year of the Horse, and in numerology a One year. What this translates to is forward motion with your plans at an accelerated speed, that’s great news!We will be using the first Sound Bath this year to get our ducks in a row, come with your intentions for the year written out (make sure to keep a copy), have an open heart because things you didn’t know you needed might be revealed, and this session will start with a meditation alignment. We will then move into a Root Chakra Sound Bath to ground us in preparation for the year ahead, we will follow up with a group burning of our paper to allow our intentions to manifest, by releasing into the universe they can return to us in physical form.
This event is a little longer, we start at 7.15pm and finish close to 9pm, doors will open at 6.45pm and the cost is $40.

Root Chakra
The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, is essential for survival. Its goal is
self-preservation, stability, grounding, physical health, prosperity, and trust.
Affects: Career, feelings of belonging, financial health.
If you're out of balance, it may manifest in the following ways.
Too Much:
Materialism, unhealthy weight gain, greediness, and unhealthy collections, aggression,
irritation, rage, frustration, resentment, stubborn, refusal to see others point of view.
Too Little: Fear, unhealthy weight loss, absentmindedness, lack of focus, anxiety,
unable to complete tasks, stuck in an unfulfilling job, feelings of abandonment, feelings
of inadequacy.
Physical issues:
You may notice; eating disorders, weight gain, anorexia, obesity, constipation, diarrhea,
kidney stones, adrenal issues, cancers of the colon and rectum, spinal problems,
system dysfunction, and structural issues of the bones especially in knees, feet, legs,
and coccyx, depression.
