Hey ya'll! I'm kicking off my 2025 series of labyrinth walks this month. I do a different series every year...in the past I have done: monthly first Saturday walks at a different labyrinth each month; weekly Wednesday labyrinth walks on summer nights at the University of St. Thomas labyrinth; pop up explorer labyrinth walks around town; monthly labyrinth walks + art at the Hines Center for Spirituality (now closed); etc!I also have done many specially-focused labyrinth walks -- usually after tragedies or something needing healing in our world. The most recent one was a HEALING FOR UVALDE walk on 5/24/23, one year after the tragic shooting there.
This years' series is called SERENITY LABYRINTH WALKS. You're invited to join me at a different labyrinth every once in awhile on a date/time/location I select about 10 days out. That time frame is chosen because of the weather reports. PLEASE CHECK HERE THE DAY OF THE WALK TO MAKE SURE IT'S ON. I suggest that you always bring an umbrella for sun or rain. We will walk except in the case of **extreme** weather (flooding, snowing, etc).
The goal of my walks is to increase SERENITY -- both within our own hearts, and out there in the world. We need more serenity and more peace, more than ever.
Each walk will have a one word theme. This first walk's theme is LOVE. February is the month of love!
Join me at the rock labyrinth that's in Bellaire, on the Faith Lutheran Church campus, and next to Congregation Brith Shalom. There's plenty of street parking and lot parking at both places of worship. I chose the time frame because the dusk light is wonderful!

https://faithbellaire.org/labyrinth. It was built as an Eagle Scout project in 2014. It's 60’ in diameter and was built of 16 tons of Rio Grande river pebbles. The complete path is a quarter mile in length.
The walks are donation-based -- a suggested amount is $10. You'll get my wisdom as a Certified Veriditas* Labyrinth Facilitator, as well as my handout -- "How to Labyrinth." I also bring labyrinth resources and my finger labyrinths to try out. There will be an activity prompt for each walk, either to do then or to do later.
