Join Dr. David Goldberg and Psychic Rick Finbow in this half Day Retreat. Limited to only 20 guests you will experience a Guided Meditation called the One Command, Learn more about Tranquil Transitions (Moving gracefully forward through Changing times ahead) and the power of Ikigai (The japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life.)
We will start on Monday, August 12 at 1:30 PM at Discover Your Spiritual Gifts, 7500 Arapahoe Rd.#208, Centennial CO. Doors open at 1PM. We are offering two workshops led by Dr. David and Psychic Rick, respectively.
Dr. David will offer strategies and tactics to support you during major life changes as we explore "Tranquil Transitions." This session is perfect for anyone who has or will experience starting or ending a job or relationship as well as the myriad of end-of-life choices. The focus will be on how to navigate these ever-changing times with power and purpose.
Psychic Rick Finbow will facilitate how to find your "IKIGAI," The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life. (Book by Hector Garcia and Francesc Miralles.) Learn the 10 easy lessons that IKIGAI (Finding your Passion) teaches. Then Rick will facilitate a One Command Manifesting Meditation using what we learned to create the Life we desire to lead. Rick is a Certified One Command Circle Leader.
We will then adjourn to Nonna's Italian Bistro Just down the street at 11877 Arapahoe Rd. Suite 100, Centennial, CO, where we will convene in a private room and order from a pre-fix menu for dinner.
The cost of the retreat includes dinner, tax and gratuity.
- Choice of small House salad or small Caesar salad
- Entree choices - Pappardelle Bolognese (rich, three-meat sauce tossed with pappardelle pasta) or Lasagna or Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Piccata (Chicken, artichoke, tomato, capers in lemon butter sauce over linguini) or Bistro Shrimp Scampi (Shrimp, shallots, spinach sauteed in white wine sauce over linguini) or Asparagus Ravioli.
- Choice of Chocolate chip mini cannoli or Pistachio mini cannoli
Bar drinks and non-alcoholic beverages are additional individual expense.

There is free parking at our location. Come into the building and look for the stairs or elevator to find us on the second floor of the office building.
