About this Event
This isn't your typical yoga class. No asanas, no fast flows. This workshop is rooted in another beautiful branch of yoga: pranayama (breathwork) and mindful presence. Together, we'll spend two hours exploring the power of the breath, learning how to breath intentionally to calm the mind, ground the body, and reconnect with the present moment.
You'll be guided through gentle breathwork practices, reflective journaling prompts, and community-building activites designed to deepen connection with yourself and others. Journals and pens will be provided!
To close our time together, we'll share a 30-minute outdoor tea ceremony in my backyard. Enjoy mindful conversation, light crafts, and a serene moment to simply be.
PLEASE NOTE - This workshop is hosted in my home, so I kindly ask for respect and mindfulness of the space. It's an intimate setting, and to keep the energy grounded and cozy, there are only 8 tickets available per workshop.
