This in-person event will take place at Journeys Holistic Therapy group, a cozy venue that provides the perfect ambiance for a meditative experience.

This event may be experienced sitting or laying down.

***Please bring what you need to make a comfy "nest" sleeping bag, yoga mats, pillows, blanket etc. You are welcome to bring a folding zero gravity chair for ultimate comfort.***
