Welcome to Serene Sunday: Pampering Your Soul!
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating event at CrossFit ABF. Treat yourself to a day of self-care and mindfulness as we focus on nourishing your mind, body, and soul.
Take part in a pampering session with Skincare Consultant Linda followed by a relaxing sound bath with Sound Therapy Practitioner Fofi. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
Refreshments, food, followed by raffle & prizes from the following businesses: The Global Organizer, Mary Kay, Suncoast Healing Center, & Soul Sound Alchemy.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and eye mask (optional) as those are not provided. See you there!
