SER training workshops for Approved Certifiers, prospective Approved Certifiers, Certification Coordinators and those involved in providing information for certification.
The workshop will consist of a combination of presentations from experienced members of the Scottish Registration Board, and practical exercises designed to improve attendees’ knowledge of the SER Scheme and certification processes.

Review of the day
To ensure that attendees are able to receive as much individual practical guidance as possible, the workshop will be limited to a maximum of 12 attendees. The charge for attending the course includes course materials, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
The arrival time is 09:00 when tea and coffee will be available; the workshop will begin at 09:30. It is anticipated that it will finish at approximately 16:30.
SER workshops are open to both members and non-members, including Approved Certifiers, Approved Body coordinators, prospective Approved Certifiers and Approved Bodies, contractors, clients and all those involved in providing information relating to certification who may wish to find out more about how the Scheme operates.
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop up to one month before the workshop date. If we cancel the workshop we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the workshop. Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the workshop is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
