The Greenville (SC) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated (GSCAC) will host its 10th Annual Red Shoe Scholarship Event on Saturday, May 18, 2024. The event, which has historically hosted over 600 attendees, is the chapter’s signature event. It has enabled GSCAC to award over $75,000 in scholarship monies to Greenville County students who have attended colleges such as Winthrop, Clemson, USC, Xavier University, and SC State University.To commemorate this phenomenal event, we will include heavy hors d'oeuvres served from 7:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. The scholarship program will follow promptly at 8:30 p.m. Afterward, please join us for dancing and fellowship. All activities are included in the ticket price.
We will collect items for Nicholtown Child and Family Center as our service project. Parking is free for all guests (please inform the Greenville Convention Center staff that you are attending the Red Shoe Scholarship Gala). Join us as we celebrate area students’ achievements, all while profiling your favorite red shoes.
Eventbrite ticket sales will end at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2024.
