Sometimes not knowing “what to paint” is enough of a deterrent to stop us in our tracks. This creative workshop is a perfect opportunity for artists at any level to loosen up and paint more expressively with a fun tactile technique.
Sequencing is an approach to painting developed at the River Gallery Art School in Brattleboro, Vermont by Ric Campman. This workshop focuses on the JOY in the process of making art. Students will create several “sequences” of small paintings— smaller than 5” x 7”—that can be made into cards, bookmarks or framed pieces. All supplies will be provided.
