About the Speaker: Karen Floyd, R.Ph., FAAMM, is a seasoned pharmacist with 45 years of experience, specializing in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and Functional Medicine. She currently serves as a compounding pharmacist and consultant at Western Colorado Compounding Pharmacy.
