Format: Coed Quads M/W
Entry: $40 per player/ $160 per team
Captains must pay in full the week of the tournament
Rules:
⁃ There will be 4 courts used
⁃ Open hand receiving is ILLEGAL, unless it is a hard driven ball
⁃ A block does not count as a touch
⁃ Going under the net is legal unless the net is touched or the play is interfered. This will result in a point for the other team
⁃ All players can attack and block at and above net
⁃ Setting across the net is ILLEGAL unless the players shoulders are square to the position of the ball or attempting to set a teammate, this will be determined by the ref
⁃ Open hand tipping is ILLEGAL
⁃ Redirection of a block is legal
⁃ The poles will function as the antennas
⁃ If any conflict with a judgement call, the point will be replayed
⁃ Pool play is 1 set to 21 hard cap
⁃ Bracket play will be match play best 2 of 3 sets to 25 no cap, 3rd set to 15 no cap
⁃ Sitting teams will ref, line judge, and keep score
⁃ Bracket play will be lower and upper
⁃ Single elimination
