Join us on 21st September to celebrate our apples, bees and orchard produce, with the help of the East of England Apples and Orchards Project. We will have all the usual garden games and croquet, as well as archery and live music from Harlow Concert Band.
There will be plenty of apple-focussed activities including the chance to make apple juice and undertake some apple crafts.
We will also have our famous jam and jelly tombola, apple and honey cake tasting stalls and a special apple day trail!
When it comes to our bees, you can play spot the bee and we'll be joined by Ivy Cottage Honey.
There will be craft and plant stalls and produce from the Gardens on sale - so there's something for everyone at our September Open Day!
The Archive Building will be open too, with a fine collection of historical photographs and other information on display.
We will be serving bacon/cheese/hummus rolls, homemade cakes and hot and cold drinks.
Adult entry £6.00 if bought in advance here or £7.00 on the gate. Children under 16 FREE. Dogs on leads welcome.
