On **SUNDAY**, September 14th from **2:30-4pm** we’re hosting the next Women's Open Mat at Octagon MMA & Krav Maga in Greensboro, NC.🥋This is a no-gi open mat, but you're welcome to bring a gi if you want to get some gi work in too.
Women are invited to attend for free and encouraged to bring friends or relatives who are interested. All ages, affiliations, and skill levels are welcome-- there's always something to learn no matter where you're at.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
-if you have never trained at Octagon before, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver form
-bring slip-on shoes and water
-this will be a women-only event whether you're participating on the mats or only watching, so please plan accordingly with spouses, partners, children, or other dependents
-There will probably be a fro-yo run after, as is tradition
