September Men's Club Workout! Once a month I will host a short outdoor workout good for all fitness levels. Men, this is a chance for you to prioritize your fitness & your community. If you have sons, feel free to bring them too, It's never too early to start good habits to build stronger and healthier minds and bodies. Join me for a Free workout at 8am in the parking lot of Oak Pointe Church, in Milford.
No fitness experience necessary
Bring your water bottle & a towel
I will bring any equipment that we may use.
It's just about working hard, leveling up mentally and physically, & being in community with other like minded men. I will lead us through a general warmup, & about a 20 minute workout. All you have to do is show up & be willing to work. Young men are welcome.
There is a service at 9am for those that want to go after, we will be done with plenty of time to cool off. Drop-ins are welcome, but if you can respond "going" that will help me determine how much equipment to bring.
Per the request of church leadership, they asked us to park in the upper portion of the lot to leave room for those attending service at 9am.
