MONDAY Creative Poomsae is a new and exciting Poomsae format that’s taking off big time. Students will be tasked with creating a 45-55 second Poomsae routine to music.
WEDNESDAY Taekwondo Movies. We’ll KICK back relax and watch a Taekwondo movie (that may or may not be a Karate Kid. Then we will create our own action packed movie scenes.
FRIDAY It’s someone's birthday. It’s all about cake.
