September Gathering: New Ground📅 Date & Time: Thursday, September 18 · 6–8 PM
This month, we’re talking about finding new ground — even when it feels like everything got shaken up. Birth trauma, pregnancy complications, and postpartum struggles can leave us feeling unsteady, and this is a space to explore what “new ground” means for each of us.
We’ll have:
• A calm, judgment-free space to share (or just listen)
• A simple creative activity — painting grounding words or images on small stones to take home or add to our group’s “healing garden”
• Light refreshments and time to just connect with people who truly get it
You don’t need to talk or do the activity if you don’t want to. Just being here matters. As always, the gathering is free, with optional donations to help cover costs and keep these nights going.

đź“ť Group Guidelines
This group is open to anyone who resonates with the experience of birth, pregnancy, or postpartum that left a lasting mark — whether through trauma, loss, medical complications, or unmet expectations. We ask each participant to sign a short agreement upon attending to help protect the emotional safety of everyone present. Due to the sensitive nature of what’s shared, anyone who cannot honor these group boundaries may not be invited back.
👶 Children and Babies
Babies are always welcome — we know they often just need to stay close. However, due to the nature of our conversations and the need for a focused space, older children are not able to attend. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment for all.

This is a peer-led, grassroots support group — not a therapy group. I’m not a licensed therapist, just a fellow mom who’s walked through birth trauma and is passionate about creating a space for reflection and connection. 💞
