In the series, Spirals of the Anthropocene, Lorenzo Poli illuminates the issue of resource mining in South America. The project reveals the monstrous grandeur of the mines, where the land has been scooped out in almost mythic proportions.This exhibition runs Sept. 5 - Nov 1. The Opening Reception is Friday Sept 5th 5-8pm.
Poli is the winner of the 2025 Life Framer Series Award, juried by Pictura Co-Curators Mia Dalglish + Lisa Woodward.
