Something funky is coming to Five Points…Join us for Funky Fridays—a brand-new monthly community event series in Riverside’s historic Five Points!
Funky Fridays is a community-driven revitalization initiative designed to increase foot traffic, support local merchants, and re-energize public life in the historic Five Points neighborhood. Each month will feature themed events, live music, games, and merchant activations. Designed to welcome all, the series takes an eight to 80 approach, meaning there will be something for kids, seniors, and everyone in between.
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store for September's event:
🎶 Live music + DJs at The Waffle Cone & Holy Smoke Barbeque
🎤 Sidewalk karaoke at 5 Points Liquor & Lounge
🧘♀️ Yoga with Soluna Yoga + Spa and live music from Streams of Sound at Five Jax from 4-4:50
🎨 Face painting & balloon artistry
🤹 A stilt walker roaming the streets
