Immerse yourself in the magic of twilight and experience the wonders of nighttime in the Blue Ridge Mountains as we welcome the arrival of the Full Harvest/Corn Moon! Enjoy an evening forest bathing retreat along the French Broad River with guided nature connection and time for peaceful reflection. September naturally invites us to tune into the energy of the harvest, both within and around us, as we celebrate the abundance that has grown from the seeds sown in the spring. We'll end with a wild-foraged tea ceremony and snacks as the sun sets and the Full Harvest/Corn Moon rises.
This is a unique opportunity to unplug in the private, peaceful setting of Olivette Riverside Community in Asheville led by a certified nature and forest therapy guide. No bathing required - we are immersing ourselves in the healing qualities of nature. Quiet your mind and awaken your senses as we sink into the heightened awareness of this special evening experience. Together, we’ll deepen our relationship with the Earth, community and Self. The best part: there’s no right or wrong way to forest bathe; just bring an open heart and be yourself. We'll end with a tea ceremony and snacks. This gentle and restorative walk is suitable for most ages and activity levels and will not exceed one mile round trip.
