Welcome to the Integrity Seminars September Community NightThis evening is open to all in our community who have done at least the Level 1 program with us.
This month, we are going to do Principle #8 Be the Big You.
We will dive into tools and strategies on how we can show up as The Big You. We will work on moving through the pieces that might try and sabotage us and we will have fun doing it!!
It is only through practice that we can start to make shifts. Come out and practice with us in a safe, fun atmosphere.
This evening will be hosted by Rodolfo.
Bring a pen and notebook and an open mind ready to learn.
