A bit of time for you, to really slow down and listen to your inner guidance. During this breathwork session, you will be invited to let go and be open to your own experience using the breath. We will be using conscious connected breathwork in rounds to music that helps you to receive guidance through altered states of consciousness, release what is needed from the body and start to build a relationship with your nervous system by witnessing what is being carried in this space.
This breathwork journey will be held at The Straw Store, at Maker Heights in Cornwall. No prior experience is needed. This journey will be held in a small group.
Join us on Thursday 25th of September at 6:30pm - 8pm. The class will be £20. Take a read of the breathwork contraindications below before claiming your space.
You should not join a breathwork journey if you have:
Epilepsy
Detached retina
Glaucoma
Severe osteoporosis
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Cardiovascular issues
History of aneurysms
First trimester of pregnancy
Asthma
Mental health conditions such as PTSD, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
Had recent surgery
Taking recreational drugs or medications that alters brain chemistry
