About your host:
Kaitlyn grew up a dancer. Her love of dance evolved into a passion for yoga and in December of 2020 she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Republic of Yoga under the guidance of Nicole Nichols Vespermann. Kaitlyn continues to be a dedicated student of yoga, attending numerous workshops and trainings each year.
Kaitlyn worked as a Student Success Counselor for young adults with autism. She is passionate about helping individuals identify their strengths and their potential (on and off the mat). Kaitlyn encourages yoga practitioners to explore what movement and alignment supports their body. Kaitlyn's classes have curated playlists that add to the teachings and class experience; she'll be sure to tell you when her favorite song comes on! Kaitlyn uses her playful disposition and background in psychology and working with neurodivergent individuals to foster an accepting space for all to come and practice.
