DUPS members Richard Todd and Carol Herrlie have agreed to be our speakers and will be making their presentation in person and via Zoom. It will also be broadcast via Zoom for our remote members.
RAW or JPG?
This is a question asked when one first starts shooting. You have probably heard “Only shoot RAW” or “Pros only show RAW” or “JPGs throw away 2/3 of your file”…
[Incidentally, only one of the above is true]
If you shoot underwater with a TG-series camera, it’s time to revisit this decision. Join Carol Herrlie and Richard Todd at the DUPS September meeting as they explain the advantages of both. And bring your own TG-6 or TG-7 to the meeting as they walk you through setup on your cameras to shoot both. Also, if you have a subject you shot as JPG + RAW, bring it on a thumb drive.
