Any number of weekends can be attended however signing up to the full series will offer the guidance for making a Spagyric from beginning to end.
An experiential course introducing the theory and practical process of preparing a spagyric tincture. This is a course for those with an interest in plant medicine, gardening, western esoteric traditions, and anyone curious to explore practical alchemy. The course will run over three weekends. A focus is given each weekend to one of the three stages of the preparation of the spagyric medicine. It will include presentations, demonstrations, and advice for developing your own practice.
Weekend One: Introduction to Plant Alchemy and Distillation of the Soul

Weekend Two: In Search of the Spirit – The Science and Art of Fermentation

* Introduction to fermentation
* Rectification of the ‘spirit’ of the wine Alchemical imagery explored
Weekend Three: Out of the Ashes – Whitening of the Salts and The Alchemical Marriage

*Introduction to incineration and calcination
*Crystallisation
*Reunification of the separated parts
*Working with ‘time’ in spagyric production
