Join us for a fun and festive celebration of Seollal (Korean Lunar New Year) designed especially for children and their families!About this Event
Children and parents will rotate through three interactive stations during the event. Each participant will receive a stamp upon entry or after completing stations.
🟤 Station 1: Dalgona Challenge
- Enjoy pre-made dalgona (Korean honeycomb candy)
- Try to cut the shape without breaking it
- Successful participants win a small prize!
👘 Station 2: Hanbok, Photobooth & Kite Craft
- Try on traditional hanbok
- Take photos solo or with family at our photobooth
- Color and design yeonnalligi (traditional kites) to take home
🎭 Station 3: Face Painting
Choose from Korean traditional designs, including:
- Hanbok patterns
- Taeguk symbol
- Buchae (traditional fan)
- Bokjumeoni (lucky pouch)
🍽️ Food & Treats
- Lunch will be served during the event
- Dduk (rice cakes) will be provided for families to take home
🎁 Raffle Prizes
Participants will have a chance to win traditional Korean items, including:
- Gonggi inside bokjumeoni
- Yutnori game sets
- Korean traditional goods (flower clips, pouches, bookmarks, chopsticks)
- Boxes of hanbok
