The Experience:
Hatha Yoga
Through deliberate postures and steady breath, the body is prepared for deeper awareness. The practice builds steadiness and ease, creating a grounded foundation. No prior experience is required.
Intentional Sensory Focus
Lighting, pacing, and sound are carefully considered to minimise distraction and support sustained attention.
Deep Sound Therapy
Layered tones are experienced physically, encouraging release and drawing the body into quiet coherence.
Tea Integration
The session closes with organic tea and quiet reflection, allowing the experience to settle before re-entering the outside world.
Your Guide
The session is led by a certified Hatha yoga instructor who completed her training in India, studying classical techniques at their source. Her approach blends disciplined foundation with attentive, individual guidance, creating a setting that feels both structured and deeply personal.
