Whether we’re in a relationship, or not, solo practice can be one of the JUICIEST times to learn how to truly please ourselves and discover what turns us on. Being at the source of our own pleasure is the beginning of any fulfilling sexual relationship - with yourself, or with anyone else.
Dive into this 3 hour experience with Olivia to discover a greater opening to pleasure in your body, learn to listen to your desire and intuition, and know how to create more fulfilling experiences for yourself intimately.
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn to create an environment to cultivate your own turn on
- Practice guided embodiment exercises to connect with your body, senses, and pleasure
- Receive expert guidance on pleasure practices and getting to know the body
- Have a contained, safe, playground to explore and develop sensitivity to what we’re feeling in our own bodies
You are invited to engage at whatever level feels right for you, and we promise to ensure an impeccable space of beauty, integrity, safety, and consent.

- You will not be asked to touch anyone, nor be touched. This event is focused on your personal practice and will not feature any partner work.
- Please dress comfortably, you will be keeping your clothes on.
- We take privacy and consent very seriously. All participants agree to respect the confidentiality and boundaries of all attending. Anyone not honoring these policies will be immediately removed and barred from future VAEU programs.
About Olivia Pavlov:
Olivia is a passionate advocate for utilizing sexuality as a transformational and healing tool! With a MA in psychology and five years of experience as a sexual healer and Dakini, she delivers a unique transmission blending the scientific and the mystical. She has walked many paths in this short lifetime including marriage and divorce, the dance of polyamory and monogamy, and has studied with several Tantric and Mystery schools. She draws upon all of these experiences in her work as a coach and educator. Serving love is her guiding principle and she’s here to support your embodiment and liberation.
