~ About Sarah and Frances ~

Sarah Devika has 24 years experience exploring and practicing wellness of body, heart & mind with particular emphasis in tantra. She is a shiatsu therapist, spent 7 years in Asia developing awareness of energetic body systems associated with yoga and is now on a path of psycholotherapy studies - investigating its links to shamanism. She has one foot rooted in her practices, another in the world of mainstream teaching, including expanding a Forest School. She founded and developed Divine Femininity workshops which ran for 4 years. She has a passion for truth and for weaving empowering states into our everyday being.

Frances Goodall is sex and pleasure coach for women, a chronic fatigue recovery specialist and an IFS Practitioner. She co-founded The Women’s Wellness Circle and is the author of You Can Heal Chronic Illness: The Lotus Process, 8 Steps to Health and Happiness. She has gone from house-bound with chronic fatigue to running half-marathons, mothering a boy who is now 10 and spent over 15 years dedicating her working life to supporting women recovering from CFS and related conditions, and creating a life of pleasure, joy and meaning. Her more recent passion is to support women to expand pleasure and orgasm potential.
