Things to note:

We actually lock doors when we say we will (625 pm)! Punctual arrival is required for participation. Also, please don't ask for late entry, just arrive early to guarantee admittance. We open doors at 6, plan your commute and anticipate traffic.

We'll be floor seated. Exercises may involve some movement and non-floor seating may not be available. If you are not very mobile or mobility is a challenge for you, please reach out prior to purchase to see if accommodations can be made for your particular situation.

This is a consent-based space. Voyeurism is absolutely and always will be considered participation. You are encouraged at all times to change your mind if needed and only participate in things that are a "Heck Yes" for your body. Whether coming solo or with a partner, it’s a great practice to release expectation, agenda, and attachments. A curious and open attitude is most supportive to fostering a truly consent based space, where no one feels coerced into doing anything they are not a full "Heck Yes" to doing.
