?19:10 settle in the space, cleanse ritual, have some tea and fruits

?19:20 Opening circle, welcome everyone. We will do some breathing, shaking, grouding and somatic movement exercises to get out of our mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. Set intentions for the evening.

?19:35 Team introduction. Create a safe container by consenting to workshop guidelines

?19:40 We will do 3 small group and 1-on-1 practices, Learn powerful tools from tantra, authentic relating, consent, contact dance, primal play and somatic healing to be more embodied and co-regulated, express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, and connect deeper with presence, playfulness, sensuality and unconditional love.

?21:00 Open transpersonal playground to explore heart's desires and different ways to connect with consent, anything that is alive, contact dance, touch, massage, cuddle, blindfold sensing, energetic sensual play, shibari, meditate or just being. Please ask for permission and express boundaries, no chitchat and no interc0urse

?22:30 Closing circle, share gratitude and appreciation for each other, share feedback and insights, feel the resonance and interconnectedness. Stay connected in our community afterwards

You love authentic heart connections, healing, intimacy, conscious touch, dance and play in a safe space and are comfortable exploring desires, fears and boundaries ? whether you are single or have (a) partner(s). We welcome any relating styles and s*xual orientation

This intermediate edition is for you if you have some form of meditation or embodiment (eg. dance, yoga) practice OR have been to neo or classical tantra or intimacy, consent workshops or temple nights before

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and substance-free. so NOT for those who just want to pick up people or casual s*x and those who can't respect boundaries.

? Dress code: something that makes you feel sensual, playful, authentic, sacred, comfy, colorful (underwear on) preferably not streetwear

What to bring: water/tea bottle, sarong, towel. yoga mat if have, (good to have) massage oil and nice pleasurable things like feather, silk, blindfold, massager, rope ect.

Elina Zhang is the creator of Embodied Co-Loving, Flowhack and Awake Hearts who loves to bring people together to connect, transform, play, live & create in love, joy & freedom. She shares wisdom and embodied practices of tantra, somatic healing, embodiment, authentic relating and mindful compassion. She offers somatic coaching, conscious relating and facilitates heart-opening workshops, retreats and co-living.
