Let's get sensual! This workshop is for beginners familiar with Sensual Bachata. You are already familiar with some of the basic energy paths and concepts (weight/shape, laterals, snakes, body rolls and swivels) and now you want to hone those skills and learn how to put the moves together focusing on technique, connection, bodywork, and musicality.
Attendees will learn how to create connection in closed, shadow, and L-position and execute the fundamental energies in each connection. Techniques in each Monday class will be incorporated in that week's Bachata Fusion class at 7:30pm at Ballet Virginia in Norfolk for extra practice and feedback.
What to bring:
-clean suede dance shoes or socks (no dirty or street soles allowed)
-yourself in clean, comfortable, ideally formfitting clothing that allows me to see your body lines
