A Two Day Training Certification on Sensory & Touch Therapy Healing: Specifically Designed to Compliment The Reiki Healing Modality. We include somatic knowledge to guide the course and practices throughout.
This training is for anyone looking to hold a healing space for themselves and others by using touch and aromatherapy techniques scientifically proven to calm the nervous system, ease the mind and connect back into the present moment.
T his training is specifically focussed to compliment the Reiki philosophy of healing, but can be used without learning or being certified in Reiki as well.
In fact, you can take this training as an addition to any Reiki Practice OR use it as a gateway to begin your journey before you take a Reiki Training as well.
Anyone can learn this modality and it is open to everyone.
Sensory Touch Therapy can be used to support people experiencing the following conditions and the associated medical treatments: general relaxation and stress management, chronic fatigue, depression, bereavement, chronic pain, cancer, dementia and age related conditions, acute trauma, sleep disorders, pre and post-surgery, and as part of end of life care.

T his training will also be helpful to ease any recipient into fully receiving energetic healing by feeling that they are being fully taken care of mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically. Holding space for anyone requires a huge amount of responsibility and Sensory Touch Therapy can help create a space that feels held and supportive as well as helping the recipient feel safe in their body by becoming full present through the art of safe, platonic, light healing touch therapy.
T his course will move through THE FIRST 2 modules over the course of two days.
LEVEL 1:
Module 1: Foundations
- Getting comfortable holding space with self & others
- Building confidence through partnered practices of movement/touch
- Understanding the body's meridians and sensory triggers through touch and sound
- Auric field opening & relaxation techniques
- Working with the conscious mind to relax inner child / ego through verbal and non-verbal cues
Module 2 : Somatic Body Releases
- Light touch sensory release practices
- Meridian release practices

A nanda has worked with and attuned hundreds of students to guide them towards healthy lifestyles and careers offering Reiki, Group Reiki, Ceremonial training, Chakra Healing Certifications and now she is sharing her skills in Sensory Touch Therapy that she has used in unison with Reiki for eight years now. There is no other training out there like the one she provides as it is rooted in Reiki and supports the philosophy of Reiki. This training can be used on its own or in unison with Reiki, the choice is yours.
R eiki however is a separate training, the Sensory Touch Therapy training will solely focus on releasing the physical \ somatic senses of the body in order to fully relax the client and their subconscious mind. It is used as a powerful supporting tool for those moving through certain conditions of the mind and body
S he is the founder of The Sacred Bliss & Ananda Soul Retreats which hosts local and international trainings, conscious celebrations & healing sessions. This the 8th year offering over 500 events to awaken the New Earth. She is trained in Ashtanga Yoga, Yogic Philosophy, Yin Yoga Therapy, Critical Alignment Therapy, Restorative Yoga Therapy, Subconscious Communication, Reiki Masters (Toronto), Group Reiki, Sensory Touch Therapy (Toronto) and Ecstatic Somatic Release.
T his training was created by demand from Ananda's Reiki students who wanted to learn more about how to use somatic release, touch therapy and subconscious communication to help support people in need and open to receiving these healing modalities.
