Each month on the second Sunday of 2025, The Grand Rapids Public Museum is proud to provide a lower-sensory environment for visitors on the autism spectrum and other sensory processing needs. With adjusted sound and lighting in exhibits, a low-sensory planetarium show, bags of sensory tools available for checkout, and additional quiet space for visitors who need a break, Sensory Sundays are open to all, regardless of whether they benefit from reduced sensory input.This event is sponsored by Custer Inc.
