Mrs. Greely will be back this month for an extra special sensory storytime on April 14th at 2pm! Mrs. Greely is a retired speech language pathologist and kindergarten teacher! She'll be here to read the classic Sesame Street story, We're Different, We're the Same! We will have open time for coloring and settling in prior to beginning our story and a quick craft afterward. Everyone is encouraged to engage at their own comfort level - should a craft or song prove too much for your littles, there is no obligation to participate. As always CHB events are open to all but this month we wanted to make sure to have a few extra sensory supports in place for folks who may benefit from them. We will have headphones, varied seating, tactile stations, and a separated lower light area. Please note - passing trains come at random times and are very loud, even in the bookshop.
