You’ll also learn a bit about the craftsmanship of the mattress beneath you, a foundation built for deep rest, before being guided through gentle breathwork and meditation to help the body and mind release.

From there, Barry leads a full symphonic sound journey featuring over twenty instruments, including gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and harmonic layers, creating a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience. Soft lighting and gentle lavender aromatherapy invite every sense to let go.
