Sensory Sound Bath | A Multi-Sensory Experience for Calm & Release

Immerse yourself in 90 minutes of multi-sensory restoration designed to help you release tension, ground your senses, and reconnect with yourself. This experience blends soothing sound frequencies, therapeutic heat, tea rituals, and calming aromas to guide you into deep relaxation.

Each session includes:

• Sound Bath led by Erica Nguyen — a meditative journey using crystal bowls and healing vibrations to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
• Heating Pads — by Sweet Relief, placed gently to ease muscle tension and promote warmth and comfort.
• Aromatherapy — featuring OASIIS’s new Aromatherapy Sensory Mist to awaken and soothe the senses.
• Tea Ritual — by Mala Tara, a mindful closing moment to savor warmth, presence, and the grounding essence of tea.

Session Schedule

• Group 1: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
• Group 2: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Each session will be held in an intimate setting, allowing guests to fully immerse in the sensory experience.

Please bring your own yoga mat or rent one for $5. All other materials—including pillows, blankets, heating pads, tea, and aromatherapy—will be provided.

Please note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be able to join the sound bath session to maintain a calm, undisturbed environment for all participants.
