Spark joy in a calm Christmas space
What to expect
Make magical Christmas memories with Sensory Santa, where your child can share their festive wishes in a calm, welcoming setting in the CASM library. Designed for a relaxed experience, this session lets kids connect with Santa in a space tailored to their needs. Parents are welcome to capture the moment with their own photos.
While they wait, children can enjoy Christmas colouring sheets to keep the festive spirit alive. Each 15-minute Sensory Santa session is limited to 12 bookings per day, giving everyone ample time with Santa. Arriving five minutes early will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Accessibility details
· Sensory resources, including noise-reducing earmuffs, are available to make the experience comfortable.
· Wheelchair-accessible toilets and ACROD parking are available.
· The space will have low lighting and gentle background music, with the option to turn off music if preferred.
· A friendly local expert will be on hand to keep the atmosphere calm and add a touch of Christmas magic.
· A free Social Story™ and Christmas communication board can be downloaded from the City’s website to help your child prepare.
