The purpose of the Reiki circle is to create a safe space to foster a sense of community/wellness/balance thru the receiving/sharing of positive energy in a relaxing environment. This event is being held at Align with Sarah Community Classroom. Each participant is encouraged to bring comfort items like a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc. Some items will be available to borrow. Each participant will receive a few minutes of individual Reiki during the experience while connected to the overall circle of energy. Participants will also receive an individual Aromatherapy inhaler. A select tea or water and a parting snack will be provided. There is no experience required, just an open mind and heart. Space for class is limited to 8 people. Fee is $25. Please DM Kim Butler with questions and to save your spot for September class
