Sensory Play Day

Join City Squeakers for 90 minutes of open-ended play for children 8 and under.

8 stations of play will be provided.

Physical tickets not needed. Walk-ins will be available if the event doesn't sell out for an upcharge of $5.

Adult supervision is required. City Squekers is the facilitator of this event. Caregivers are responsible for the safe use of materials and cleanliness of play stations, within reason.

FAQ:

1. Are babies free? That depends. If your baby can play and will be offered materials, no. Newborns, those limited to a carrier, and those unable to sit and use any materials are free.
2. What types of materials will be offered? Multiple sensory bins with taste safe materials, several styles of blocks and imaginary play items, homemade playdough with accessories and group art exploration. (Note: no nuts will be used in materials, but flour will be used in the making of playdough.)
3. Can my child attend with another family/with a babysitter? Yes. This is not a drop off event. But, chidren can be supervised by any responsbile chaperone.
4. Will snacks or drinks be offered? Yes. One snack per child will be available at no additional charge. Feel free to bring your own drink.
5. Can my older children attend with their younger siblings? Yes. We love having families join us! We ask that older children who will be engaged in play purchase a ticket. Older children are welcome, but we ask that they play gently and avoid running or physical play so our younger guests can enjoy the event safely. If your old child will be playing, please purchase a ticket. Otherwise, no purchase is neccessary.
