Sensory Mindfulness walk

Join others for an hours walk around the beautiful Norton Common connecting with nature through your senses in the silent companionship of others. Engage in guided mindful activities and allow your brain to slow down and connect with both yourself and the natural world.

There will be an opportunity to share your experience with others over a drink at Vutie Beets cafe after the walk (not obligatory).
