There are sensory-friendly shows at the Staerkel Planetarium on December 13! These matinées will feature "lights up, sound down" and will have a relaxed atmosphere where patrons can come, go, and move around as needed. Our sensory-friendly shows are great for guests with autism spectrum disorder, sensory sensitivities, or young children. All are welcome, even if you don't need sensory accommodations!What? Santa has lost his compass and can't find his way home? Sounds like a disaster in the making! Can the stars help? Learn about the day and night sky and how the stars seem to make pictures in the sky in or holiday show for young stargazers. Learn how YOU, too, can find Santa's secret star!
Adults $8, seniors, students, and youth $7. Tickets sold at the door or at tickets.parkland.edu.
