Starting at 11am on September 10th, when the fair opens, carnival rides and games will operate with no sound, creating a calming and inclusive environment.Don’t miss the dedicated quiet zone in the Plaza Courtyard from 11am to 5pm, presented by The Arc of Spokane, where you can unwind and relax.
