Sensori Art Workshop

In this Sensori Art Workshop, we eliminate our sight to strengthen our other senses, such as

• Touch
• Taste
• Sound, and
• Smell
  This workshop is intuitively crafted to suit those who feel called to it.
  This Sensori Art workshop involves:
  - Conversation in consent and communication and the importance of it in every aspect of our lives
  - Intention setting- written, verbalized to self or a new UIan Ima (Loving Friend)
  - Use of different elements (fire, water, air, etc)
  - Use of different temperatures
  - Use of different sensations and textures
  - Use of different sounds
  - Grounding and support provided via gentle touch / integrative manual therapy (IMT), poetry, and mediation.
  - Random facts about the brain and body from an expert in human anatomy
