How often do you feel unworthy, judged, or driven by perfectionism? Most of us were never taught how to work with guilt and shame—only how to avoid it. But what if those icky, overwhelming feelings are not your enemy… but soul messengers?
The Path of Self Acceptance is a transformational journey that uses the sacred tools of yoga, meditation, and breathwork to unravel the inner knots of guilt (action) and shame (self). Though distinct, these emotions often arrive hand in hand, pointing us toward the pain of separation—separation from ourselves, from others, and our deepest truth. Rather than turning away, we will gently turn toward these feelings as guides, allowing them to lead us into deeper inner alignment.
Through conscious practice, we’ll explore how to live from our values, release outdated beliefs, and embrace the full spectrum of who we are. Shame and guilt transform with presence. Our journey will give us a new relationship to our battle with polarities (good/bad, right/wrong). Polarities cannot be “solved,” we all contain everything, and when we illuminate our wholeness with consciouses presence, we find the freedom to live as a whole person. This is the work—and the gift—of self-acceptance.
