Join us for an evening of playful awareness and connection at InnerLab #2 in Barcelona.

This edition introduces Awareness Through the Body, a joyful and innovative practice created in Auroville, India, in the 1990s and now emerging in Europe. Through simple games and guided movement, it invites you to explore how attention, perception, and emotion intertwine — helping you reconnect with your body in unexpected, creative ways.

The evening will close with a shared gluten-free dinner by The Curcuma Club, crafted with care and flavour.

InnerLabs are a series of wellness pop-up gatherings curated by travelwithINma, happening just a couple of times a year in Barcelona. Each evening is independent and you could join one, or all of them!

They are tasters — a chance to try a new practice you’ve heard about, or something completely new, without pressure or commitment.

Open to everyone. No experience is required — just curiosity and an open heart.

Facilitators are carefully invited from Barcelona or from abroad, people I’ve met along my travels and deeply trust.

And because connection also happens around food, we always end with a shared table in the Spanish tapas way — chatting, tasting and letting the evening sink in.
