ABOUT KAICYCLE
Our vision for Wellington is for local, diverse, circular food systems which honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi as the norm, and where growing and composting is alive in every suburb!

We use techniques and models to productively grow food in the city while working with natural systems to regenerate soil and produce nutrient-dense food. The food we produce is sold via a Community Supported Agriculture scheme, shared with volunteers and donated to community food projects. Our composting enterprise takes compostable scraps from homes, offices and small businesses and recycles them into living compost. We offer a bicycle-powered food scraps collection service that operates in Wellington City and the surrounding suburbs.
